The product is damaged during transportation.

The product remains in its original state, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retains the original packaging and labels.

Refund Process

The user must contact the platform customer service within 3 days after receiving the product to apply for a refund and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, etc.).
The platform customer service will review the user’s refund application within 48 hours and confirm the refund with the communicating user.
The refund will be returned to the user’s payment account through the original payment channel. The refund time may vary depending on the payment channel and bank processing speed. Please wait patiently.

Refund amount

For refunds due to product quality problems or platform errors, the platform will refund the full amount, including product price and shipping costs.

If the refund is due to personal reasons of the user, the platform will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping costs and possible handling fees.

The platform does not assume any responsibility for refunds or delays in recovery due to inaccurate or incomplete user information.
The platform reserves the right to pursue illegal refunds or returns.
